“I'm no chef and rarely think about my cooking tools, or cooking, until I have to do it. I met Jason through a friends recommendation after my favorite little kitchen knife just wasn't slicing tomatoes for burgers. My friend offered to take my knife to Jason's for a sharpening and had it back in short order. Wow, it turned a chore into something enjoyable and it wasn't long before I sent the rest of my knives, one large and two mediums his way. Should have done this a long time ago and it didn't cost much to make my work in the kitchen a lot easier"
